Pure Personal Power workshop series
These workshops can be experienced separately or as a full package to cover all the important parts of personal power. What a higher power could mean to you. Practices for exploring and developing that relationship, writing to your intuition.
Workshop 4: Dealing with emotions /20th of March from 18:00-19:30
What emotions are, dealing with fear and pain. Core Desired Feelings.
Workshop 5: Listening to your body / 22nd of March from 18:00-19:30
The body's healing abilities and practices for taking care of it, MediYoga and the power of the breath.
